Payment Methods

We like to tell our clients that HADAFY store team is providing safety & easiness through the buying process, and at the payments` processes that are available through local trusted e-payment modules.

HADAFY store uses most types of payment at the current time:

  • K-NET
  • Visa / Mastercard
  • Cash on delivery (COD)

Please be advised that the minimum payment charge at the store is 5 KWD.

HADAFY store acknowledges that it is not responsible for any indirect treating with the website, whether it is an electronic payment or a service, whether it is with unknown people or entities. All treatments will only be considered legal with a direct treatment through our website, or any official channel of the website; just like but not limited to; the email communications.

Shipping

The goods will be delivered to customers through:

  • One of our official employees that are responsible for delivering goods to the customers.
  • Sometimes, and due to the work overload, a shipping company will handle the delivery operations.
  • The customer should pay the full price amount + the shipping price to the delivery employee in case of cash on delivery payment method.
  • You will get a choice of two shipping methods, same day shipping and next day shipping. Note that a few areas will not have a choice of same day shipping.
  • HADAFY store ships to all Kuwait areas.
  • Shipping prices:
    • Next day delivery is offered the whole day
      • If order amount is below 20 KD it costs 1 KD
      • If order amount is 20 KD or over it costs FREE
    • Same day delivery is offered if you order between 8 AM and 7 PM
      • If order amount is below 20 KD it costs 2 KD
      • If order amount is 20 KD or over it costs 1 KD
    • For Jahra Governate, Jaber Al-Ahmad and Ali Sabah Al-Salem areas we offer next day delivery and charge 2 KD if the order is below 20 KD and 1 KD if the order is above 20 KD
    • For Sabah Al-Ahmad we offer next day delivery and charge 3 KD if the order is below 20 KD and 2 KD if the order is above 20 KD
    • The shipping prices are applied, HADAFY store has the right to change theses prices without noticing the clients directly unless in the case of prices` change during a buying process. So kindly, try to keep yourself updated on this page`s terms.
