Return & Exchange Policies:

  • Clients have the right to exchange a purchased product or refund a payment – without any reasons, or with voluntarily include a reason – within a maximum 14 days from the buying date, terms & conditions apply.
  • Clients have no right to refund or return & exchange products after 14 days from the buying date.
  • Clients must have proof that they purchased products from Hadafy store, and supply the website with proof like a product bill.
  • If the submitted product proven to be purchased out from other merchandise; the product will be rejected, and the website has the right to terminate any treat with clients.
  • If a submitted product is proven to be a misused one; the website has the right to not return or exchange or refund to the client.
  • The store will automatically refund any payments into the client`s account, as E-wallet credit.
  • A product can be exchanged with a similar product, or a same price product, or a client can pay the price difference in case of choosing a higher-priced product, or you can buy a lower priced product and we’ll return the difference through E-wallet.
  • The shipping value will be added to the whole payment, it will be charged again on the next payment, and any shipping price differences will be added automatically.
  • If the client chooses to have any other methods for refunding, he can communicate with us via email, or via the “Contact Us” page.
  • Exchanging operation will take a period from 1 working day (24 Hours) and up to 3 working days, please be aware that official working days are from Sunday to Thursday.
  • The Hadafy Store team will follow-up with any exchange, return, or refund operations with the clients, through direct communication (phone or e-methods).
