We made this page to make it easy for you when you buy a product from us!

Just follow the required steps and if you need more information, check the FAQ page, or you may contact us for any advanced inquiries.

 

Registering as a new user:

• Go to login / or register in the header section on the main page.
• Choose “New customer? Start here”.
• Fill out the required information. Please make sure to fill out the correct info to facilitate buying & ordering processes.

Additional Option: do not forget to register to our newsletter to get our latest promotion/offers!

• You will get a confirmation email, now you are a user at Hadafy Store!
• Go to your account page.
• Fill out the required info correctly to complete registering & confirmation.

 

Getting a new Password:

• Go to the header section on the main page; choose “Forget your password?”
• Follow up the checking identity process.
• Choose a new password.
• Confirm your new password via the email.

 

Buying a product:

• Browse the available products, and choose what you want to buy.
• You can buy a product as a guest, or as a registered user to complete the buying process.
• On the product page, press add to the cart.
• Go to the cart page, follow the instructions, please make sure to fill out the right information like delivery address, phone number, etc.…
• Choose your suitable payment method.
• Confirm your order.
• You will get a confirmation email within the time.
• You will be followed-up on your order; deliverance will be available in 12 – 24 hours to any area in Kuwait.

 

Returning & exchanging:

• If you bought the wrong item, or whenever you want to exchange a product; you can simply return or exchange or refund it within 14 days from the purchasing time.
• Please check and follow the “Warranty – Return & Exchange Policies”.

 

Searching a product:

• In the header section, go to the search bar.
• Type the desired product name or a related search query.
• Example: pencil – child-raising book.

 

Products` comparison:

• On any product page, add the product to the comparison.
• Add another – same type – product.
• Go to the comparison page in your account.
• You will be shown the specifications along with other details of the two products to choose what is eligible for you.

 

The wish list:

• If you want to save a specific product to buy later, you can use this feature.
• Go to the product page and add it to your wish list.
• To see the product again, simply go to your wish list on your account page.
• You can buy the product by simply adding it to the cart.

Notice: sometimes, products run out of stock, and the product will not be available for you to buy. Please contact us to supply you with the desired product when it is available.
